We are happy to announce that the edition that was intended for distribution in Greece has been redirected to Arizona. Any day now, you may discover it in a used bookstore there. Informed sources indicate that it may be near Tucson.
The Greek or “European” edition, as some are calling it, was sent to Crete and spent a few days there before disappearing from Amazon tracking altogether. It may end up in a landfill or be burned for fuel, though it is possible that some bookstore may have snapped it up.
In other news, there have been absolutely no sales. We are allowing the domain to age a little, as a bit of patina never really hurts. We have not yet distributed copies to family members.
